ITEX has officially assumed management of three multifamily communities – Union Acres, Sandpiper Cove, and Sunset Hills, continuing the company’s steady growth across Texas.
Together, the three communities represent 348 units and are now operating under ITEX’s full-service management platform. The transition brings these communities into ITEX’s centralized operating footprint and technology stack, creating greater consistency across reporting, communication, and day-to-day property operations.
ITEX worked closely with ownership and onsite teams to support a smooth transition, prioritizing continuity for residents while implementing proven operational systems. Early focus areas include preventative maintenance, clear communication, and reinforcing standards that support long-term resident satisfaction and retention.

• Union Acres — Center, Texas | 100 units
• Sandpiper Cove — Galveston, Texas | 192 units
• Sunset Hills — San Augustine, Texas | 56 units
While expanding its management portfolio, ITEX continues to advance key development efforts across Texas. The company recently completed lease-up at Abiding Grace in Beaumont, a 61-unit community, marking a major milestone. Construction is nearing completion at Providence on Park, an 80-unit senior housing community, and has begun on Autumn Chase Phase II, a 65-unit development in Port Arthur.
Construction is also nearing completion at Columbus Square Phase III in Montgomery, Alabama, which will deliver an additional 60 units when it wraps up in February. In addition, ITEX recently closed on Retreat at Esther, a 103-unit affordable senior housing community in Houston, with construction expected to begin in the coming months.
Together, these projects reflect ITEX’s continued investment in housing that supports residents across a range of needs and life stages.
