ITEX Group is thrilled to announce the successful financial closing and acquisition of Baten Arms Apartments, a 101-unit affordable senior housing community located in Beaumont, Texas. The property serves residents aged 55 and older and is designed to provide independent living options for low-income seniors.
Originally constructed in 1983, the three-story community has long provided essential housing in the Beaumont area, offering one-bedroom apartment homes in a stable, amenity-accessible location near shopping, healthcare, and community services.
The acquisition was completed through Financing from Steller Bank, reinforcing ITEX’s continued commitment to working with Regional Lenders.
ITEX plans to implement operational improvements and resident-focused services at the property, with ITEX Property Management LLC assuming management responsibilities.
