Beaumont, TX – November 6, 2025 – ITEX is pleased to announce the successful completion and full lease-up of Abiding Grace, a newly developed independent living community serving adults age 55 and older, located in Beaumont, Texas. The community achieved 100% occupancy, reflecting strong local demand and a positive response from residents.
With the help of key partners like Antioch Missionary Baptist Church and Jehovah Jireh Village Community Development Center, ITEX transformed a patch of dense woods into beautiful homes for 61 independent seniors.
Abiding Grace was designed and constructed by ICON Builders, ITEX’s in-house construction and design firm. ICON led the project from concept to completion, ensuring a thoughtful approach to accessibility and resident comfort. Their work reflects ITEX’s continued commitment to delivering high-quality, affordable housing that strengthens communities.
