To celebrate the major renovations at Timbercreek apartments, ITEX has rebranded the community Encore At 9th Avenue. Several renovation projects are still underway that include an enhanced fitness center, furnished clubhouse, and increased resident amenities. The completed renovations include exterior paint, new signage, and renovated interiors with granite tops and new appliances.
Along with the rebrand of the community the property has also launched its new website, EncoreAt9thAvenue.com and has upgraded to a 24 hours call center to assist with leasing after hours.
